Experian has grown Payroll Giving participation by over 10% in recent years. Motivation instilled at the National Payroll Giving Excellence Awards lead to the company to introduce match funding on employee donations. The scheme was re-launched with strong branding carried across communication channels, with PFO partner Hands On Payroll Giving visiting workplaces for active face-to-face promotions to engage colleagues.

With 20% of employees donating over £10,000 every month Experian are set to achieve the Platinum Quality Mark. Experian remain committed to Payroll Giving with annual match funding budget allocation and strategic tri-annual activities fitting each workplace.
