Their Payroll Giving scheme was established in 2012 with the support of Bell Fundraising, who provided promotional and design services, and Charitable Giving, who manage the administration of the scheme. SPA Future Thinking made a commitment to ensure all UK employees had the opportunity to donate to the charity of their choice and was rewarded by achieving the Gold Payroll Giving Quality Mark within the first year in 2013. Donor engagement increased in 2014 to over 25% when the new Valentine’s promotion delivered by Bell Fundraising included desk drops and cards inviting employees to a speed dating event in the Boardroom.
SPA Future Thinking’s commitment to the scheme and innovative promotional campaign approach was further rewarded when they were shortlisted for the National Payroll Giving Excellence Awards 2014 in the Best Campaign – Small Employer category.
